| Corporate governance L&D Earthmoving is a public limited company run as a co-operative. All shareholders operate within the business, with the majority of shares held by our owner-drivers. There are 60 shareholders across 89 positions. Our Board of Directors is appointed by our shareholders and includes seven elected members. The day-to-day business operations are overseen by a General Manager who reports to the Board. L&D Earthmoving strive to deliver earthmoving services that are second to none. We provide an hourly hire service across a range of earthmoving machines, some of which include attachments and tippers. Our owner-drivers are skilled and fully certified.
